Recently, we learned from Deepal Auto officials that Deepal S07 will be officially launched on July 25. The car is positioned as a new energy medium-sized SUV, offering extended range and electric versions. In addition, it will be equipped with Huawei's Qiankun ADS SE version of the intelligent driving system.
The appearance of Deepal S07 has very distinctive new energy features. The front of the car is a closed style, and the headlights and the intelligent interactive light groups on both sides of the front enclosure are highly recognizable. It is reported that this smart light set has 696 light sources, which can realize light projection such as pedestrian courtesy, driving status reminder, special scene animation, etc.
In terms of body size, the car's length, width and height are 4750/1930/1625mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2900mm. Its side lines are very rich, and a large number of fold line decorations are applied to bring a stronger three-dimensional sense. The tail basically follows this design style, and there is also a Firestar breathing light on the D-pillar.
The interior design of Deepal S07 is more concise, equipped with a 15.6-inch sunflower screen, a 12.3-inch passenger screen, and a 55-inch AR-HUD, which is not inferior to many leading new brands. In terms of comfort configuration, the car will provide driver/passenger zero-gravity seats, electric suction doors, electric sunshades, rear privacy glass, etc.
The biggest highlight of the Deepal S07 is its inclusion of the Huawei Qiankun ADS SE version, which adopts a main vision solution to enable intelligent assisted driving in various driving scenarios, such as national highways, urban expressways, and ring roads. Additionally, its intelligent parking assistance covers more than 160 parking scenarios.
In terms of power, the range extension system equipped with the Deepal S07 supports 3C fast charging, allowing the vehicle to charge from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes. There are two versions of pure electric cruising range available: 215 km and 285 km, with a comprehensive cruising range reaching up to 1,200 km. According to previous declaration information, its pure electric version is equipped with a single motor producing a maximum power of 160 kW.
