2026 Changan Deepal L07 5-Seater Sedan
The 2026 Changan Deepal L07 is officially launched, available in Ultra and Max versions. It features a full upgrade to the Snapdragon 8295P chip and comes standard with Huawei QianKun Driving ADS SE technology across all trims. The Deepal L07 price starts at ¥145,900 (about $20,426 USD).
The new model continues the 2025 Deepal L07 design language. The front fascia features a closed-off design with split headlights. Doors have a frameless design with hidden handles, and the car rides on 19-inch wheels. Additionally, Deepal L07 specs measure 4875×1890×1480mm, wheelbase 2900mm, and a 473L hatchback-style trunk.
The pure electric and extended-range versions have minimal exterior differences. The extended-range variant has a fuel filler on the left rear and hidden exhaust outlets. Wheel designs differ slightly between the two powertrains but share the same size.
The Deepal L07 interior continues the minimalist dashboard layout with hidden air vents. The infotainment system is significantly upgraded, featuring a 15.6-inch 2.5K central touchscreen and a 55-inch AR-HUD, with the traditional instrument cluster removed.
Standard features across all trims include ventilated/heated front seats, a passenger "zero-gravity" seat with massage function, the Snapdragon 8295P chip, and the new Deepal OS 4.0 system with AI Smart Cabin Assistant and split-screen app functionality.
All 2026 Deepal L07 sedans come standard with Huawei QianKun Driving ADS SE, built on the new WEWA architecture, sharing the same source as ADS 4. It delivers a smarter and safer driving experience. Additionally, all trims feature adaptive variable suspension, unique in its class.
Both electric and extended-range models feature upgraded high-power motors. The Deepal L07 EV produces up to 200 kW, with CLTC ranges of 550km and 660km depending on battery/version, a noticeable improvement over the 2025 model (185 kW / 530 km). The Deepal L07 extended-range version combines a 1.5L range extender (70 kW net power) with a 175 kW motor, offering CLTC electric range of 240 km and NEDC fuel consumption of just 3.48 L/100 km.
All in all, the Ultra trim focuses on comfort and premium details, ideal for users seeking a higher-quality cabin and exterior features. The Max trim offers a more attractive price point, appealing to budget-conscious buyers who still value range and intelligent driving features.
