The battery is the most important component in an electric vehicle. The process of checking a battery pack is basically similar to troubleshooting a vehicle. The staff connects the vehicle to the computer through a data cable, and then uses professional software to clearly understand other information, such as battery power, voltage, CAN bus communication status, temperature, etc. If there is a problem with a single battery, it is likely to affect the working status of the entire battery pack.
Next, check the motor coolant and battery coolant. These two coolants are basically the same color as fuel engine coolant and are installed in the engine room container, usually pink or green.
Special attention should be paid to replacing the brake oil and transmission gear oil of electric vehicles every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers, and replacing the air conditioning coolant every 4 years or 100,000 kilometers. The organic acid coolant also needs to be replaced. Replacement criteria should be based on time or mileage, whichever comes first.
Regarding the maintenance cycle of new energy vehicles, the maintenance cycle is basically once a year or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). As for the maintenance cost in China, it is generally 200~300 yuan/time. This is just the pure testing cost, excluding labor costs and the cost of replacing wearing parts.
