The Xiaomi YU7 continues the design language of the Xiaomi Auto family, with sleek lines and a strong sense of power. The front features the iconic "Mi" droplet-style headlights, complemented by raised creases on the hood and a cross-shaped daytime running light design, creating a strong sense of technology and sportiness. The large air intake at the bottom not only optimizes aerodynamics but also enhances visual impact.
The side profile is smooth and elongated, with a dynamic fastback design. The continuous waistline runs from the front light to the rear, enhancing the overall cohesion of the vehicle. Hidden door handles, a panoramic sunroof, five-spoke wheels, and yellow brake calipers further emphasize its sporty characteristics. The new model offers three wheel sizes -19/20/21 inches-to meet different needs.
The rear adopts a full-width LED taillight design, providing high recognition when lit. Combined with a rear spoiler and dual four-exhaust trims (which are actually hidden exhausts), it further strengthens its performance-oriented look. The YU7 is a mid-to-large-sized pure electric SUV, with a body length, width, and height of 4999/1996/1600 (1608) mm, and a wheelbase of 3000 mm, offering spacious interior space and excellent trunk capacity, suitable for both daily commuting and family travel.
Interior Layout
Inside, the Xiaomi YU7 features large areas of soft-touch and leather upholstery, complemented by exquisite stitching and carbon fiber trim, balancing luxury and sportiness. The central control uses the innovative P-HUD (Projection Heads-Up Display) system, replacing the traditional instrument panel and projecting driving information onto the lower part of the windshield, enhancing driving safety. The center console houses a 15.6-inch floating 3K touchscreen, running Xiaomi's Surge OS system, supporting multi-tasking with the three-screen display. The system is smooth to operate and feature-rich.
The seats feature a two-tone design with ergonomic adjustments, and the front seats offer electric adjustment, heating, ventilation, and massage functions, ensuring comfort for both the driver and passengers. The rear space is spacious, guaranteeing comfort even on long trips.
Intelligent Driving Features
The YU7 is equipped with Xiaomi's self-developed intelligent driving assistance system, supporting functions like Highway NOA, City NOA, and valet parking, covering full-scenario intelligent travel. The system integrates large models with multi-sensor perception, offering human-like understanding and decision-making abilities, enabling precise recognition of traffic lights, pedestrian avoidance, and automatic lane change. The vehicle is equipped with 27 sensing hardware units, including LiDAR, cameras, and millimeter-wave radar, powered by dual Orin chips, with a total computing power of 508 TOPS, and supports continuous OTA upgrades, delivering a high-level intelligent driving experience.
Power and Performance
For power, the YU7 offers both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrains. The rear-wheel-drive version has a maximum power output of 235 kW and a top speed of 240 km/h, using a lithium iron phosphate battery. The all-wheel-drive version has a maximum power output of 691 horsepower (220 kW front + 288 kW rear) and a top speed of 253 km/h, paired with a ternary lithium battery. Depending on the battery capacity (96.3 kWh or 101.7 kWh), the CLTC range is between 760 km and 835 km, supporting fast-charging technology to significantly reduce charging time.
