In terms of exterior design, based on the Xiaomi SU7 Max, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has incorporated aerodynamic kits, and its body dimensions have been further increased. The length, width, height, and wheelbase are 5,115mm, 1,970mm, 1,465mm, and 3,000mm respectively. The body is more elongated and lower-slung, presenting a more aggressive posture.
At the front of the vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is equipped with an extra-large front splitter and air dam, combined with a U-shaped wind blade, which effectively increases the downforce at the front of the vehicle. The opening of the intake grille has been further enlarged, increasing the heat dissipation area by 10%. At the rear, an active rear diffuser has been newly added. It has a two-stage adaptive adjustment function, taking into account both aerodynamic drag and downforce, resulting in low energy consumption during daily driving. Meanwhile, a large fixed carbon fiber rear wing has been added. The wingspan of the rear wing reaches 1,560mm, and the chord length is 240mm, generating a considerable amount of downforce during high-speed driving. Thanks to the new aerodynamic design, the maximum downforce of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra can reach 285 kg.

In the aspect of interior design, carbon fiber is used for the back panels of the front seats, the dashboard trim panels, the welcome pedals, and other parts. The vehicle is equipped with an ultra-large carbon fiber roof with an area of 1.7 square meters, achieving a weight reduction of 11 kg. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra uses carbon fiber in a total of 21 areas throughout the vehicle, with a total usage area of 5.5 square meters. Among them, 90% of the carbon fiber adopts the expensive autoclave process, providing a better texture.
At the same time, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra comes with a 24K gold carbon fiber car logo as a standard feature across all models.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is equipped with a new sports seat. The active side wing support function of the seat has been significantly upgraded, with a faster response speed and a larger support area, providing better physical support for the driver and passengers during intense driving. The material has been upgraded to carbon fiber, and the grip area is covered with Alcantara® microfiber fabric, making it less likely to slip when held. The new design is also paired with yellow seat belts and a red "Boost" button on the steering wheel.

Italian Alcantara microfiber fabric is widely used throughout the vehicle, with a total covering area of more than 5 square meters. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has comprehensively upgraded its cooling system. The performance of the compressor, water pump, cooling fan, and radiator has all been significantly improved. The torque of the three motors can be independently and dynamically distributed, and the motor torque is adjusted at a frequency of 500 times per second, greatly enhancing the vehicle's handling and stability. This torque vector control system is designed according to the industry's highest ASIL-D functional safety standard.
