He stated that the standard version of the Xiaomi YU7 would not be priced 20,000–30,000 RMB(2,750–4,120 USD)higher than the SU7 standard version, as the YU7 already offers a very high base configuration. It comes standard with 835 km CLTC range, a LiDAR system, Xiaomi Panoramic Horizon Display, and NVIDIA's latest Thor chip, delivering a massive 700 TOPS of computing power.
At the same time, Xiaomi clarified that the Xiaomi YU7 SUV is by no means simply a "taller SU7." While both models are based on the Xiaomi Modena platform, over 90% of the components in the YU7 have been newly developed. It is a luxury high-performance SUV meticulously designed for drivers, blending elegant styling, powerful performance, and exceptional cabin comfort.
From a specification standpoint, the YU7 holds a clear edge in its class. The Xiaomi YU7 dimensions measure 4999 mm in length with a 3000 mm wheelbase-significantly longer than the Model Y's 2890 mm, offering a 73 mm advantage in rear legroom. It also comes with Xiaomi YU7 tires sized 245/55 R19 front and rear. Combined with its fastback coupe silhouette and ultra-low 0.245 cd drag coefficient, the Xiaomi car YU7 exterior delivers a striking visual presence.
