The interior storage layout has been optimized; the column-mounted shifter frees up space in the previous gear lever area, creating additional practical storage. Door panels, cup holders, and the glovebox are all reasonably arranged to balance daily use and travel needs. However, compared with station wagons or SUVs, the rear trunk opening is relatively small, and the absence of a roof rack (not optional) limits long-distance cargo capacity.
