Recently, we learned from official sources that Lynk & Co's new large SUV will be officially unveiled on January 3rd. The final name of the vehicle is still uncertain, with its internal code name being L946. It has been developed based on Lynk & Co's exclusive large electric hybrid architecture and features a plug-in hybrid system.


In terms of appearance, the official has only released spy and preview photos. From these, we can see that the front of the Lynk & Co L946 will feature a closed grille and Lynk & Co's iconic "H"-shaped LED daytime running lights, with a matrix high and low beam light group at the bottom. There is also a wide rectangular air intake beneath the front. Additionally, based on the bulge on the roof, it is expected that the new car will be equipped with laser radar.




On the side of the vehicle, the overall shape of the Lynk & Co L946 PHEV SUV is strong and powerful. The body is large, particularly with the floating window configuration on the side, which gives the car a more slender profile and an aura of elegance. In terms of details, the vehicle will feature hidden door handles and a luggage rack above the roof. The car will also be equipped with double five-spoke wheels and orange brake calipers, adding a sporty touch. At the rear, the taillights will have a through-type design and will be paired with a roof-mounted spoiler.

Previously, we have seen spy photos of the interior of the new Lynk & Co L946 Luxury Suv Car. The second row will feature two independent seats, and the car will adopt a three-row seating layout. It is expected to offer either a 6-seat or 7-seat configuration. In terms of power, the new car will be developed based on Lynk & Co's exclusive large-scale electric hybrid architecture, featuring a plug-in hybrid power system, though specific power parameters have yet to be announced.
