Recently, the official drawings of the Ford Mondeo Sport Edition were officially released. The new car as equipped with 2.0T hybrid system Ford EVOS new models will be incorporated into the Mondeo product sequence, and named Mondeo Sport, since then the Mondeo family models will have four sets of power systems.
There is no obvious change in the appearance of the Sport Edition model, the overall crossover style styling, the front surround and the unique split headlight design is quite sporty. The new car will feature a two-tone body as well as exterior mirrors with hidden door handles. Body dimensions are expected to remain the same as the current model, with length, width and height of 4920/1920/1600mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2945mm.For reference, the current Mondeo has nine models with a price range of 21,400-31,400 yuan, while the current EVOS has five models with a price range of 28,500-37,100 yuan.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a hybrid system of 2.0T turbocharged four-cylinder engine + electric motor, which can output a maximum power of 210kW, and is expected to be matched with an E-CVT transmission.
