Recently, we learned from the official that the 2024 Hongqi H6 will be officially launched on June 14. The current Hongqi H6 was launched in April 2023. One year after its launch, this renewal is expected to be further upgraded in terms of configuration and other aspects. For reference, the current H6 price range is 27,100-33,700 US dollars.
At present, Hongqi officials have not yet announced more information about the 2024 H6. For reference, the Hongqi H6 adopts a family-style front face design style, but unlike the solemnity and majesty of the H7 and H9, it is more youthful and sporty. The most recognizable part of the front of the car is the big mouth-style air intake grille, and the dot matrix layout inside the grille enhances the tension of the front face.
The side of the new car is very beautiful, especially the fastback style, and the design of multiple waistlines enhances the agility of the side. In terms of size, the current Hongqi H6 has a length, width and height of 4990/1880/1455mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2920mm. This size is basically between the Audi A4L and A6L that we are familiar with.
In terms of the rear design of Hongqi H6, Hongqi H6 adopts a through-type taillight, and the two sides are very obvious flying wing-shaped taillights. It is worth mentioning that this car also adopts a sporty central dual exhaust design.
In terms of the interior of Hongqi H6, the overall layout of the current Hongqi H6 center console is basically continued from the new Hongqi H5, mainly reflected in the details such as the large-size center console screen and air-conditioning outlets with vertical proportions. At the same time, Hongqi H6 also shows a sporty style through configurations such as a three-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel, perforated leather/suede and carbon fiber wrapped steering wheel, shift paddles and front integrated styling seats.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged direct injection engine. The low-power version has a maximum power of 165 kilowatts, a maximum torque of 340 Nm, an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 7.8 seconds, and a comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.5L/100km under WLTC conditions; the high-power version has a maximum power of 185 kilowatts, a maximum torque of 380 Nm, an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 6.8 seconds, and a comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.55L/100km and 6.8L/100km under WLTC conditions, matched with an 8-speed manual-automatic transmission.
