The AITO M8 Luxury SUV embraces the bold "Kunpeng" design language, continuing the refined aesthetic of the AITO M9 while offering enhanced attention to detail. Its redesigned front headlights seamlessly integrate chrome accents, daytime running lights, and high/low beams, creating a more cohesive look. These lights also feature intelligent interaction capabilities, boosting both driving convenience and technological sophistication.

From the side, the M8 mirrors the balanced proportions of the M9, featuring sleek semi-recessed door handles that combine elegance with practicality. In terms of dimensions, the AITO M8 measures 5190 mm in length, 1999 mm in width, and 1795 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3105 mm. Despite slight changes in length and height, it continues to offer excellent interior space for family and business scenarios alike.

At the rear, the design emphasizes horizontal lines paired with a full-width taillight, adding depth and futuristic flair. The rear spoiler enhances the sporty appearance while improving aerodynamic performance. With a drag coefficient as low as 0.259, the M8 boasts outstanding aerodynamic efficiency.

Inside, the AITO M8 features a wraparound cockpit layout consistent with the M9's styling. The dashboard houses a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, and a 16-inch passenger display. Powered by HarmonyOS 4, the system supports a wide range of intelligent and user-friendly interactive features.

For immersive in-car entertainment, the M8 includes an AR-HUD head-up display and a 19-speaker HUAWEI SOUND audio system. Rear passengers are treated to a 32-inch ceiling-mounted projection screen with a new remote control, delivering a cinema-like experience. The HUAWEI MagLink function enables multi-device connectivity, allowing each row of passengers to enjoy personalized screen content.

Seat configurations include both 5-seat and 6-seat options, with all versions equipped with rear headrests. The 6-seat variant features power-adjustable third-row seats, independent air vents, and cup holders for added comfort. The right rear seat offers a luxurious zero-gravity lounge experience, complete with heating, ventilation, massage, and an extendable leg rest-providing first-class comfort on the road.

Storage capacity is another highlight. The 6-seat version offers 42 storage compartments and a 392L standard trunk, while the 5-seat model includes 40 compartments and a trunk space expandable up to 1087L, plus a 110L hidden underfloor compartment. A 7.3L built-in cooling/heating box is also standard, perfect for keeping beverages at the desired temperature.

Climate control is fully personalized with a four-zone independent air conditioning system, covering dual-zone controls in the front and separate controls for the second and third rows-ensuring comfort for every occupant.

In terms of intelligent driving, the AITO M8 comes equipped with the HUAWEI ADS advanced driver assistance system across all models. This includes 30 sensing components, such as a roof-mounted 192-line LiDAR and rear-facing solid-state radar, providing comprehensive environmental awareness. The LiDAR has a detection range of up to 250 meters, significantly enhancing obstacle recognition in complex scenarios.

As a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, the AITO M8 PHEV SUV is powered by a 1.5T extended-range hybrid system. The range extender delivers 118 kW, while the front and rear electric motors produce 165 kW and 227 kW, respectively. Depending on the variant, the battery is available in 37 kWh and 53.4 kWh capacities, offering CLTC pure electric ranges of 201 km and 310 km, respectively-meeting diverse travel needs.

The chassis is based on Huawei's advanced "Tuling" platform, featuring a front double wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension. Air suspension and EDC adaptive damping are standard across all trims, offering five levels of ride height adjustment to balance sporty handling with premium ride comfort, ensuring a refined driving experience in any scenario.
