The 2026 Toyota Camry by GAC Toyota has been officially launched, offering a total of 15 variants. As a mid-cycle facelift, the new model brings upgrades in intelligent features and overall driving experience. It continues to offer three exterior design styles and three powertrain options, and introduces a new 2.0HSE Hybrid Sport Lite Edition equipped with a 2.0L hybrid power system. The 2026 Toyota Camry price ranges from RMB 171,800 to 259,800 (approximately $23,700 to $35,800 USD).
The 2026 Toyota Camry's exterior remains largely unchanged, with body color options including Ink Crystal Black and Cyber Gray. The new 2.0HSE Hybrid Sport Lite Edition comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels (235/45 R18 tires), rain-sensing wipers, heated and auto-folding side mirrors, among other exterior features.
Inside, the 2026 Camry interior continues with a clean and functional interior layout, featuring a round three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a floating central touchscreen. Select models are also equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 cockpit chip. In addition, a new "Rhythmic Ambient Package" is now available, including 64-color ambient lighting, an intelligent fragrance system, and premium decorative trim, enhancing the overall cabin ambiance.
As one of the highlights of the Toyota Camry for sale, the 2.0HSE Hybrid Sport Lite Edition also comes standard with leather seats, power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless smartphone charging, Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), and a 6-speaker audio system.
A key upgrade in this facelift is the enhancement of intelligent driving assistance. The new 2026 Toyota Camry is now equipped with TSS 3.0 PRO across the lineup, offering high-definition PVM panoramic view monitor, a transparent chassis view, and automatic activation in narrow road scenarios. The PKSB intelligent parking brake assist system has also been upgraded to detect blind spot obstacles in real time and apply automatic braking, significantly improving safety.
In terms of powertrains, the Toyota Camry sedan offers the following three options. The gasoline version is powered by a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine producing 127 kW and 206 Nm of peak torque, mated to a CVT transmission. The 2.0L hybrid version delivers a combined output of 145 kW, paired with an E-CVT transmission. The 2.5L hybrid version has a system output of 169 kW, also paired with an E-CVT transmission, identical to that of the 2.0L hybrid.
